Add Plex Channels to a database (Plexopedia)

Plexopedia is a website that aggregates all unofficial Plex Channels. I need someone to go through the Plex forums, download and take screenshots of the Plex Channels and then write a small description with some meta data using an online administration tool (see image). At least 100-150 Channels should be added.
I've tried myself and a normal Channel takes around 10-15 minutes to fix.
Images/logos does not need to be added, this will be added by a script later.
