Content migration from two sites

Hi,
We have two wp sites with content, this content needs to be migrated to an existing blog in wordpress.
One site has 35 posts including pictures, each post is no longer than A4. The posts have to look exactly the same after copying, saved as drafts after creating. Pictures have to be downloaded and inserted into exactly same spot as in the existing post plus seo information to be entered as provided, only three fields will be required.
The second site has 40 posts but without pictures. There will be an additional job to enter all the pictures where indicated if you are interested and if you do a good job - bonus job.
All of the posts formats have to look good i.e. bullet points, bold, underline where indicated.
Total of 75 posts have to be entered as drafts.
This is a simple but repetitive job and great eye for detail and formatting is required.
The project needs to be delivered in 2 days, all the posts will be doubled checked before the payment is made.
