Build Commercial Real Estate Broker Email Database

I need someone to assemble an email database for all commercial real estate brokers in the greater Sacramento region. This area would include all brokerage houses in Sacramento, Folsom, Elk Grove, Roseville, Rocklin, Auburn, Granite Bay, Yuba City, and Stockton. Real Estate brokers email addresses are typically listed in their company’s website. I’m trying to assemble a list of brokers in the greater Sacramento area initially. I have attached a document listing the largest brokerage companies in Sacramento. Also attached is an excel spreadsheet that I would like to have the data input into. There are 6 different specialties that most brokers fall into: 1) Retail 2) Office 3) Industrial 4) Investments 5) Land 6) Multi Family (apartments) The list would simply contain the email addresses of all of the real estate brokers, their first and last names, and the company that they work for. A few companies not listed in the attached document, but that I would like to include in the database are: 1) Retail West ([login to view URL]) 2) [login to view URL] 3) [login to view URL] For a lot of these companies, you will need to go to the website, and locate their Sacramento and/or Roseville, CA office. I eventually will want to assemble a list of specifically retail brokers from the Bay Area (San Francisco area), but this can wait until the Sacramento list is assembled.
