I am looking for a commercial Kitchen to lease for my business The job will involve Internet research and an out of the box intelligent thinker to help locate a suitable cost effective commercial kitchen There are not many Kitchens for lease so will need someone to approach business who have a kitchen who would consider a lease during the day if possible or through the night when not in use To find a kitchen one could start with Community centres, Churches, sport clubs etc So will need a letter drafted and be to correspond with these companies to negotiate a lease.
