automatic web data entry

i need a small project i have a list of 30.000 items (in excel or txt) each item, one line and i need to check them on this website [login to view URL] click on VEICOLO in the second page select autoveicolo the field "TARGA" is the items i need to check the result can be of two types A)the vehicle is insured b) the vehicle is NOT insured for example if you input AA123AA the result is "Il veicolo risulta assicurato" (YES) if you input AB123AB the result is "Il veicolo non risulta in regola con gli obblighi a ......" (NO) i want to know if you can create for me a very simple software that reads my txt input file and check one by one, with an interval of 1 second, all the items and will add in each item line, the result (YES or NO) if the software is too complicated, i want to know your price to check every 10.000 items and send me the file with the results thank you
