Data entry and Image Search w/ potential for multiple projects

The freelancer will be required to perform two tasks: Task 1: Input data from Wine Wholesaler Portfolios (attached as PDFs) into a structured Excel or Google sheets spreadsheet. Accuracy is vital - all data will be cross-checked to determine accuracy. The data structure can be viewed at the following link: [login to view URL] Task 2: Google each specific wine producer and find and save an image for each producer logo. Save the logo as a .jpg file into the Google shared folder supplied. NB: This does not need to be done for each wine, only for each wine producer as each wine producer will have multiple wines. Please also note it is the logo not the specific wine label that is required. Please save the file as the same name of the ‘Producer’ entered into spreadsheet and put the prefix of the file name in the Image Identifier column of the data file. Eg. The Freelancer may need to refer to both in order to attain the necessary information. Freelancers may find it quicker to use a PDF viewer to cut and paste the information into an Excel/Google Sheets spreadsheet and then split and clean the data before cutting and pasting it into the required fields. Alternatively, the Freelancer may feel more comfortable typing the data directly into the cells. More details for Task 1: The Freelancer needs to include data for fields with an asterisk (*) as a minimum. This is the basic information included in all portfolios, but the more information provided the better. The mandatory fields are as follows: ProducerName* WineName* Vintage* Country* State* Region* Appellation/Subregion (if relevant) LUC* WholesaleCasePrice* TypeId* (Still, Sparkling or Fortified) Subtype*(See data structure for details) VarietyBlend1* Wine Variety is very important so in rare occasions where the portfolio document does not contain the information for the variety (e.g. it states only that the wine is a blend then leave the cell blank). Please do not guess - where a wine consists of multiple varieties eg. a blend then add the additional varieties in the subsequent fields. Please also note that the order the variety is written is important as it ranks the portion of the variety in the wine. For example: Wine Name* - Brut Champagne Vintage* - 2011 Type* - Sparkling VarietyBlend1*- Pinot Noir VarietyBlend2* - Chardonnay VarietyBlend3* - Pinot Meunier Where Appellation is not stated assume it is the same as the Region.
