Covert picture to data - repost

Looking for someone to take an image with a list of companies (I will supply the high quality image), find their websites and populate a spreadsheet with the following fields:
1. Name of the company
2. Website address
3. Key Contact (phone)
4. Key Contact (email)
5. CEO Name
6. Download logo and enter name of the image in the spreadsheet
7-10. Scrape some classification tags from the supplied image (about 4 additional columns)
This is for about 200 companies on the image. If successful, there is potential for further cooperation on a similar work.
