Admin Assistant

We are looking for an Admin Assistant, working according to UK timing. You will be required to carry out random admin activities. Communication will generally be via Skype and email, guidelines of tasks will be given, with demo over Team Viewer. Must have the following Skills: • Fluent in English • Work well with Excel and word. • Excellent with Web Research (browsing the net) • Some sort of understanding of UK Market • Some sort of exposure to Ebay, Alibaba, and other online trading websites. General tasks can be but not limited to: • Sourcing product pricing from provided websites • Sourcing websites for specific requirements • Data Entry • Uploading products to provided websites • Submitting info to provided websites • Collecting data from provided website • Emailing potential customers • Organizing Data in Excel • Formatting word docs • Other Admin Work You MUST be punctual and be able to adhere to deadlines, if any of the things mentioned do not meet your skill set please don’t waste your or our time biding. We only want relevant biding. A daily report must be provided with activities carried out. Please provide the following info: 1. Cost per Month 2. Availability 3. Skype ID/MSN/Contact number 4.
