APPOINTMENT SETTER Hi, My name is Jimmy Singh. I’m a freelancer working for a Therapy Clinic in Raleigh, North Carolina, since September 2010. I’m based in India and work from home. My daily responsibilities consist of filling out the upcoming day’s daily charge sheet with patients and their projected modalities. I also enter in all patient charges and copays into our billing software (Kareo) as well as charging all copays. Once a day I mail a report stating the next day’s patient load and appointment status of all patients. I also verify insurance for all our customers mainly for benefits. Most of my job is done offline before the clinic opens, which is 9 AM EST, which gives me ample time to pick other projects. I also have a magic jack number which allows me to receive and make calls to the US and Canada. I have been blessed with a daughter, who’s just 5 months, and I’m in need of work. I can work 7 days a week and give in at least 8 hours of my time, any time zone. I understand the importance of a VA and its impact on the organization. I have never taken a leave since September 2010 since the time I started working as a freelancer. Excellent service is a guarantee.
