We require someone to join us on an ongoing basis to load details into our database of hundreds of holiday itineraries (products) from our different partners (suppliers) - ski chalets, walking and cycling holiday operators. You will be given urls of the suppliers 'products', and will need to translate this information to categorise each product in our database. You will also be asked to copy, paste and edit written descriptions into a consistent format, pin locations on to a map, and grab images from the websites to load into our database.
Once familiar with it, each new product takes a maximum of 10 minutes, and there are 'duplication' tools built in to save you time where possible.
You will also be asked to review and edit some products already in the database to add more information to them.
Quality is important. Native english speaker required, and if you have a knowledge of travel then even better!
We would expect a minimum number of products to be completed per hour, and will have a working agreement on that basis. We anticipate the role to run a minimum of 2-3 months, but as a growing business there will be the opportunity for it to continue longer term. You can work in your own time, wherever you wish. You will be asked to do a short unpaid trial (2-3 products) to check quality.
