A fast expanding IT firm is in need of a talented Customer service/Data Entry candidate. Must be dedicated, efficient and be able to accurately process various administrative duties in accordance to company and industry standards. Responsibilities: • Perform required computer transactions, reports, and process documents. • Receive, verify and process agent deposits. • Upload and download handheld computers. • Communicate via email, written correspondence and/or telephone. • Successfully resolve customer inquiries and complaints. • Maintain standard filing system for the district office.

I have a long experience with databases and data entry, i am also very efficient at typing so i do not make any typing errors or mistakes , I also have several qualification in microsoft office suite which include Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook. I also have a IELTS qualification with a band score of 8.3. Well that's all from my side.
