Customer Service & Support Team Facilitator

We’re looking for experienced customer support professionals looking for a new opportunity with a great team. We are a test prep company, but don’t worry if you don’t know much about the SAT/ACT -- we’ll teach you everything you need to know! Your Responsibilities: -Sorting and classifying emails -Responding to email requests -Answering the phone and directing customers to the appropriate team member Requirements: -Able to work 20 hours per week during our business hours (M-F, 10AM-6PM, EST) -Commitment to stay on our team for at least a year -Strong English and communication skills About Us: -We're making education more effective through customization.
