We are taking bids to outsource all of our call center traffic to someone. We provide guest support to hotel guests needing help getting their computer onto the internet. We also provide phone support to hotels/businesses for their back office equipment. I am looking for someone that has this either already in place, or that can handle technical support calls. We have the SIP Trunking functionality already in place if that is required. We plan on rolling out new products over the next few months as well, so there is growth opportunity with us.
