Custom Programming with Magento Commerce

We are looking for a programmer who has worked with the Magento back-end. Our site would need to be recoded, redesigned by October 15-30. We are a gift site that allows shoppers to build their product choosing each if it's components - a customization wizard. We are seeking a programmer who can create a fun and interactive wizard. The challenge lies in incorporating the customization feature into the Magento backend.
