Create a Website.

Looking for a full service real estate website that have pages for contractors, index, about us, Mortgage lenders, community links, full blog, featured listing with maps, ability to add and edit pages. Please also add a spam filter for the bots. Please make sure it is easy for me to maintain and edit as I am not very computer savvy. So I don’t get bombarded with unwanted ads. RSS feed will be appreciated. I want three slide show Panels on the side of the screen on the home page (Current listings from featured listing page if possible, feedback, and services providers and contractors with my info as a banner moving on the bottom for all these panels). The visitors can access this information by clicking on the pic like you see on [login to view URL], I like my features listings or any listing should have ability to load picture, video and documents. I want word press as blog. Once I list a listing I want visitor to pull the map for the location (Google maps can do that) I want to offer a separate link for home owner who want to list their homes for free on my website (This page need to open in separate window and should have full edit ability by the user but will require to sign in. Another page includes Guestbook, testimonials (feedback), about us, Sale by owner. A visitor should be able to see community information for Wake County and Durham County ( I can provide you with the links for the communities), newsletter link on the home page. The linked form for newsletter should have email address mandatory, all other information is not necessary if they don't want to provide any.
