Get all links, Text Name of the Link, and 100 words from each story, and save in a text file.

Then provide an HTML search box.

If a user type a keyword or keywords, search the the text file you created. If a match is found, display Link Name and Link to user.

Budget $40 when script is done.

Please just PHP and no Javascript.
