Copywriting very short news on a regular basis

I'm searching for a person who is very well aware of news (including all the categories, from sports and celebrities to politics and business) specially in the USA but also world news and of course who can write. It is about writing only headlines, no texts: 1 title and a description with 1 or 2 sentences, very easy. You will also have to search for a picture to illustrate some of the headlines. But it has to be done on a very regular basis, the job will demand maybe 15 minutes/day but new headlines has to be added every day (at least working days monday-friday) so you need to be very available. You will have access to the admin section where you post the headlines very fast. We can set up a payment per headline system. Contact me for more information. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
