Article (2000 words) on Nutrition and Vitamins

I need an extensive paper written (at least 2000 words) on Vitamins, Soil depletion and Western Vitamin practices (the folly of them) with traditional hard to absorbed vitamins. In Europe there is a better and more extensive research on easy to absorb vitamin supplements that the body actually uses and does not get pee-ed out and/or otherwise discharged out from the body. The US soil is not as what it used to be.... the vegetables and fruits grow pretty and nice looking but due to dubious agricultural practices and soil depletion their nutritional value is lessened. We need to eat a lot more of them to get the same minerals and vitamins. Hence there is a problem of eating too much of not wholesome and nutritious food. (overeating). The solution to some of this problem is a new supplement that is easier to absorbe through the human cells. Follow up theme is the possible symptoms of this lack of nutritional value. (Overeating, ill health etc etc). There is ample evidence that we have some idea of the necessary nutrient and minerals needed in a daily cycle.....the current stock of vitamins are no good!!!! We are pissing money away. I do not care if you conclude that the "ideal" solution of the problem would be farm reform and going back to the 19th century because you are probably correct. You, however have would have to ask yourself, "how likely is this to happen??? Having answered yourself this rhetorical question you can conclude the second best solution, as dietary reform using what we got. Non meat (vegan) Non-processed food, possibly organic and some working supp lements if needed. Ask your medical provider.
