Artical Directory Submission Service Needed For On-Going Projects

I represent a writing company. We produce many articles for our clients and would like to expand our services to offer Manual Article Directory Submission services. This will yield considerable ON-GOING work. I am looking for a reliable company who can submit articles to 500 directories. Here are the requirements: 1) This project requires many Manual article submission to an article directory. No software 2) You will be required to set up a email address for the client to a free service like google and then register for an account with each directory. 3) I will require a confirmation report at the end of the project which will list the directories where the article was submitted, the user name and password for each directory and the user name/pass for the email that was set up. 4) Price.. I will send you regular, on-going work. I currently have several orders pending and this will only get busier. I need someone who can handle the larger volume and provide me with a discounted price. I used another provider for a while who charged me .06 cents per submission. If you can match this we would be interested in talking with you.
