Creating an app

I would like to create an app. This app will be used in any mall setting to conveniently guide one through the mall to find specific stores or types of stores selling specific things. This would be for shoppers to use as they walk through the mall, replacing the mall directory. This would be a simple application. If I was wanting to shop at a mall in New York, lets say, And I know what stores I am trying to find, then I want to be able to use the app to direct me - like a map- to the correct store. ## Deliverables [login to view URL] requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
