Ad writer needed NOW

Hello, I'm looking for a great writer to help me promote my small web design/development company. I'm currently running 1 ad that I'd written myself several months ago and have gotten a great response. I would like to have several more ads written in the same style & with roughly the same message but with completely different wording for each text. I want to communicate to my clients that they are getting one on one personalized service, low pricing but very quality work. I've attached the sample ad below that I've written. As I stated before I need several ads just like this, but with completely different words. I'd like to start with 10 ads and if it works out, I think we can do alot more. Thanks.
