Convert PDF image file to MS-Word

Convert the five (5) attached PDF files to MS-Word (tables are the only bit that requires any formatting).
Also vectorize the drawings. The existing formatting DOES NOT have to be maintained - NO FORMATTING is required (except fpr the tables) - just get the text into a digital format and put it into an MS-Word document (which I will convert to HTML/CSS). I suggest you use OCR or just type the text straight into MS-Word.
THIS IS THE HARD BIT:
The pictures (BUT NOT THE TABMA LOGO) must be converted to a vector format - I want CAD format (.dwg) or Adobe Illustrator. I do not need an exact copy of the image, just something that is equivalent in its ability to instruct/inform the reader. The look-and-feel of the pictures has to be consistent - I don't one in black-and-white and another in colour.
