Company Directory Writing(repost)

Introduction: I have a list of approx 280 companies who specialise in a particular technology area. The list has hyperlinks to the website for each company. This list will form the basis of the document that I want you to create, which will be a directory ??" buyers’ guide. Tasks: · write a full page, A4 profile of the products and services for each company · include in the profile any known customers · a brief summary of the company · a ‘contact box’ including address, website address, contact numbers and email addresses, to be added at the end of summary · head each company page with their logo…can be taken from their website. Organisation of the document: · each company may supply 1 or several products / services that address a particular application of the technology. The info on each particular application (approx 10 types) will be supplied to the winning bidder. · The document must be organised with sections listing companies who can supply a product for a particular application. Some companies may appear in several of these sections. · Within each section companies are to be listed A-Z · The document must also feature a full company A-Z index that also shows which section(s) the company appears in. · The document must also feature a COUNTRY INDEX listing the location of each company. This must be organised alphabetically also with country names A-Z, and within each country, each company from A-Z. · The document must have a contents page · Each page must be numbered Format and Design: · Added-value services such as design e.g. colour coding of sections, nice use of my publication’s logo and colour scheme, will be welcome and the offer of which could help your bid. · Font: to be decided · Page size: A4 · I need the complete document in word format and also pdf Important Note: Companies are not to be contacted for information ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform not required.
