Cross Browser Compatibility (IE 7 Issue) URGENT

I have a website that is currently experiencing two style issues when browser is Internet Explorer 7 (possibly other versions of IE). These are as follows: [login to view URL] (the postcode field is fidgety, hard to use, appears odd and unable to select unless you click the very top border of the text field) [login to view URL] (all text fields are hard to use and unable to select unless you click the very top border of the text field) CSS comes from two sources in [login to view URL] - please visit the website, have a look at the css from the source code and then let me know if you can fix it.
