Complete page redesign based on existing page - create a template

I need a web-designer who will be able to work with me and 1. Create a custom design for my site based on my prototype (will be provided) 2. Work with me when I need to tweak the design or when template is missing something 3. Reply to my communications when I have issues integrating your template with my backend You won't be doing any backend coding, but when I have any issues using your template, I will need your help to tweak/re-tweak the design or give me advise on how to solve it. Site is using bootstrap3 and very heavy on JS and CSS Some of the functionality will be - modals - collapsing/expansion - dynamic filtering - pagination - breadcrumbs - ratings seller / product - image gallery - fluid design - mobile-smart: compatibility with various portable devices and desktop resolutions, browsers etc... I need the following : - Logo Design - Nice header (large when you login and minified stuck on top when you scroll) - Nice footer - Everything that goes in between Page will offer a list of retailers selling product that I have an I need them to be represented in compact way, similar to to google shopping (products from multiple retailers, with ability to have more than one variation of product for each merchant) example: [login to view URL]) All that in CSS and JavaScript Can you do it? If you know how to replicate Google Shopping Page (like above), then you can. If I like your work, I have more pages/projects to work on.
