Changing wp e-commerce theme into restaurant menu (css job)

We want to use the wp e-commerce plug-in as a restaurant menu with order facilities. Therefore we need to change the theme of the plug-in. We need 3 themes. The themes are almost the same with small difference. It's only css work, nothing has to be changed on the plug-in itself. This small css project must be done in a very reasonable time. The description how the menu should look are attached in the pdf file. Payment by milestone, 25% in advance, because it's a very small project and done in a few days, we pay the rest at the end of the project after we have seen it working on a wp site.
