CSS and Angular JS guru

Hi there, I am the lead programmer on an exciting educational web application. I am a programmer and NOT a designer. I therefore get stuck and "roadblocked" sometime when dealing with complex front end structuring. I myself have programmed our app's angular.js, html, js and css front-end - however I need help restructuring our css and html. We are therefore looking for a css and angular.js guru. You will be initially hired to convert a slide out panel into a fixed panel in our app. If you prove that you can do this, we will pass you more contracts. We have an awesome workflow using the Jira Issue Tracker, and Hipchat. Once hired, you will be working with us using: 1) You will be given a username and password for Jira Issue Tracker, and issues will be assigned to you. 2) You will need to download hipchat, and set up an account as all correspondence will be entered in hipchat, and through the comment form on the issues you have been assigned 3) You will be working with me via chat/voice, and working off of our codebase which you will have installed on your local machine. 4) We will provide you with a Vagrant file so that you can run a virtual ubuntu server on your local machine with our entire development environment set up and running. It is as easy as a) installing vagrant, then typing "Vagrant up" - this will set up a complete virtual box with our entire app on your machine to develop on. If you can help us, we will provide constant work as we move forward developing our app. 5) You will be expected to sign an NDA 6) We expect that you have solid experience in CSS and Angular.js and can show us a portfolio of your work. 7) You should have a knowledge of bower, gulp, and node.js 8) You are NOT a recruiter, or a project manager - you are a designer/developer! The project will commence next Wednesday.
