Does the current design use tables or it's still tableless? It would be much easier if it's tableless. Anyway i could make this web app to be responsive using bootstrap and jQuery. Regards

Hi i am having 6 years of experience on .net technologies.i have implemented multiple applications with the combination of MVC and bootstrap design, As per my understanding u have 45 webforms,one master page and few controls ,it would take min 20 days for redesigning the whole application and i will do unit testing on my end.
