Design is a shown in the attached documents including the function specifications. Attachment "watch video 1" shows video full loaded and the other with the video loading. It needs to be able to play multiple formats to match the users device. It will play embedded video from other websites.
The media player will need to display as shown in the attached documents. It needs to perform perfectly on Mac and PC and all browser types and iPad and android devices.
Budget for this project is not more than $75, Full payment only after the work is done. Don't ask for milestone and must be done within a day.

You can use any paid or opensource scripts and modify to achieve the goal.
