C++ Assignment- Report Output Using a Specific Printer Spacing Chart (w/ Control Breaks)

Hi, This is actually my second attempt at getting this project done via this website as I wasn't totally accurate in my first description of the project.... This project entails reading in data from an input file, and then generating an output report that is specifically formatted to the provided printer spacing chart (exactly - to the character). Totals will also have to be totaled, etc. Also, this project is for an introductory class, which means the project has to be completed in the simplest possible manner. As in, one single source file, that is able to be compiled via MS Visual Studio (on Windows). I actually have the files from the other programmer who completed this project the first time around, except he coded it with multiple source and header files, to be compiled via GGC on Ubuntu. Also, I do not know if his code is correct or works as specified as I could not get the multiple files compiled. I will supply those files to the person that is awarded the job if needed.
