Hi, I have experience with OmniVision 7670 camera sensor.(register setup for all formats YUV422, RGB565, RGB444, RGBRaw) Have worked on project involving arduino uno. here is the list of hardware needed : 1 - arduino UNO it's cheap and will do the work 2 - Piezoelectric Vibration Sensor (High Sensitivity) 3 - Arducam ov7670 4 - GSM/GPRS shield for SMS and some resistors the code writing will not take to much time because i already worked with those shields before and i will help you in testing tell the project work perfectly

Have 15+ years of experience in developing embedded softwares for different embedded applications in C and C++.

I will use AVR microcontroller (which costs just 4$) instead of Arduino. And I can use SRS sensor or Signalization System Sensor to detect damage it depends on how much Sensibility you want.
