OBJECTIVE- To provide 3D CAD Models and Drawings and to Customer specs. SOLUTION- 1) Complete Customer NDA process 2) Concept- The Customer will provide to the Vendor any information relevant to this Project currently available- any sketches, etc. by an initial telephone conversation, email, regular mail. At this point a schedule for Project completion will be mutually established and the cost estimate will be finalized. Models will need to be in a CATIA V5 format initially. Customer can iges or step these to other CAD systems if required. 3) Preliminary Design Review (PDR)- Vendor will provide to Customer preliminary model renderings of the Product in pdf format and a preliminary BOM. Customer will return any requested changes within schedule allocated time frame. This will constitute PDR completion. Completion of PDR is the go ahead for CDR phase. 4) Critical Design Review (CDR) Vendor will provide to Customer the ready for release engineering Drawings, BOM and Analysis if required in a pdf format plus CAD Models. Customer will return any final design changes within schedule allocated time frame. Vendor will make requested changes within 1 business day and resubmit CAD data to the Customer. This will constitute CDR completion. 5) Billing- $ 100. An estimate of total required schedule flow will be provided during Concept Phase when data regarding scope and requirements are more fully defined.
