A small and effective C# software

I need developed in C#, a small program that will be able to perform some small tasks. This will be a very fast and easy job for someone that is experienced. Here is an overview of what the software needs to be able to do (the tasks are not related): - Download a list of urls from a text file. The format of the file that will be downloaded is specified from a dropdown box (file or html) + needs to be threaded, with number of threads configurable, because the list sometimes contains more than 2000 urls. - Get all the files from a directory, and delete everything between A and B, from every file (text files only). - Get all the files from a directory, list everything between A and B, from every file (text files only). All these tasks can be separate into 3 tabs: Download, Edit, Combine. Bonus: because sometimes it will involve a large amount of files, it will be great if after performing some tasks (in the edit-combine tabs), you could preview the results before saving, because … for example, reading-saving-editing thousands of files can be time consuming when it adds up. Please be aware that the project must be scalable. You will be hired again for more developing if you do a good job. One more thing that I need to add, is that it will involve large files and/or a large amount of files. So this will have to be optimized.
