Multi-stage project to build the next version of our current CRM offering as a multi-tenant SaaS provider. Our current product was largely developed by a programmer who built a system that is extremely difficult to manage and evolve in any way. We need to build an entirely new CRM platform for our expanding client base and burgeoning markets. We will continuing building with Microsoft's .Net platform, relying on MS SQL Server as our RDBMS, using (when required) Javascript / C# / VB.net, using Visual Studio 2017, and based on the new ASP.Net Core framework implementing the identity framework that supports multi-tenancy for a single site location while using multiple client databases. We will build this product in phases with a developer / team of developers across multiple stages. Basic database design and screen layout will be provided for each phase and will be reviewed by internal power users & formal Q/A performed by our Chief Technology Officer. Our CTO is highly experienced and capable developer but does not have the time to produce this much output in the time frame required. We fully expect code to be documented in a meaningful way so that we may manage and expand upon it internally. Code must be fully free of licensing restrictions and will be owned internally upon completion. This CRM will be responsible for managing: *our clients' basic consumer records *multiple product providers' offerings *menu system for selection of one or more products for purchase *merchant service processing *remittance of initial and post sales data to multiple providers *scheduling appointments, search menu across multiple data points *.pdf document generation / fulfilment *API input / output to various third party platforms *scalable GUI *jump off to Android & iOS mobile apps Depending upon how successful the output is from each stage of this project will determine whether or not we continue with the resources contracted for this work.
