Hi, The reason you are getting that error is that UI queue has a message queue, to which all the user interaction events goes, which than UI thread loops and do interaction. No need to re-bind the datatable... the only thing that need to be done is to put assignment inside UI thread... It would be easier to explain more on the real code...

I'm thinking you data bound the two objects on markup or in code behind.. whatever the case is, i suggest you to create a global property which will stores the current UI thread dispatcher that enables you to access it from all the worker threads to do work on UI thread. You also have to periodically check that you are in which thread..
