Develop .NET Winform application that calls the Skype API

Hello It is not clear what you wish exactly from this C# winform is it supposed to log you in or just to dial up numbers? Should the call be thru the form or via skype ? If it is simple form with numbers to dial up or even some sort of list ( predefined or last few dials ) and noting more ( this form will call skype and place a call with default call screen {the one with the end call button and the number dialed } ), Then my offer is valid. If it's required more "stuff" it will need some discussion is it possible (Skype removed some features in the last versions) If my offer struck an interest in you please contact me to clarify further.
