Desktop app - automating text processing tasks on .txt files

I need an experienced programmer/team with a very professional attitude to develop a small automation application. Preferably in C# or Delphi - but other languages might also be OK Well structured code and documentation is a must. The application should run from a PC Desktop. The assignment is to create a small program/macro to automate a number of file and text processing tasks (performed on articles in spyntax format in .txt-files). The application in short: Step 1A - Preparing the initial settings for all processing steps. (Main GUI) Step 1B - Start the processing (folder creating and file copy) Step 2 - Prepare Articles/text-files for format #1 Step 3 - Prepare Articles/text-files for format #2 Step 4 - Prepare Articles/text-files for format #3 Step 5 - Prepare Articles/text-files for format #4.
