Blackmagic Decklink integration with WPF MediaKit

I’m currently writing an application in WPF with C#, and am running behind schedule. To catch up I’m looking to have someone write the code that interfaces with a Blackmagic Decklink card (4K SDI model). I need a basic demo application written in C#, that displays live video from the Decklink’s input into a WPF MediaKit VideoCaptureElement control (both the WPF MediaKit and Decklink SDK support DirectShow). Secondly, the VideoCaptureElement is to be nested in a basic Canvas control, and that Canvas needs to be output via the same Decklink card (the card is full duplex with separate input/output connectors, so it can do both input and output simultaneously). The demo needs to be as simplistic as possible, stripped down to only the mandatory code, and does not require any additional interface or features. This is so that I can easily and cleanly merge the resulting code with my own.
