C#: Very simple Webpage + Service to handle the background task with Exchange Web Services EWS managed API

I need a small Exchange / ASP.net project. The Workflow: A user shall enter a webpage (identified by integrated authentication) and shall be able to select some offices in a list of offices. There shall be a MSSQL database that holds all the data about selected offices per user. There shall also be an administrative page where some admin users (driven by AD-Group) may set up this on behalf of standard [login to view URL] list of offices shall be changeable (Officename / Officeshortcut) with in the database. For the selected offices ALL user entries (that have a phonenumber stored in AD) shall be created in the users Exchange Contacts Folder (within a created subfolder). The automatically created entries shall have a mark to be able to remove them from the contacts folder again when the user changes the selection to not longer include the users of this office.
