Adding voice and gesture controls to an existing game

So I have a need to add existing functionality to an already existing game. We have an open source racing game that my friends and I enjoy playing and we want to add a new dynamic to it for our own casual use. This is a pet project that I have no time for but do want done so I am turning to Freelancers. The game is distributed on Linux and Windows, we want it to use the Kinect to read motion to control the car and also respond to voice controls. The game is in C++. I have no experience with Kinect programming which is why I am looking for a developer that is confident they can do this or have in the past. When sending in a bid please explain why you are qualified, preferably with past work and a time frame with a rough estimate. I am also available to answer questions and link you to the game.
