Could you write a code to measure both heartbeat and oxygen level im using an arduino atmega168 , the concept of the pulse oximeter is to turning the leds on in an alternating way one is a red Led the other is an infrared led that is out base the light these both transmit is picked by a tsl235r light to freq converter the hearbeat is measure by the peaks the oxygen by the intensity. Help please

I am currently a 2nd year Integrated computer Engineering Student. I would love to build this system test and send you the code for it. If you have made the circuit for the system then all you have to do is, send me is the circuit schematic and I can develop the software for you. You can test it on the arduino and tweak a few variable vaues to increase accuracy. Since I have in my possesion an Arduino UNO (which has the atmega168) I do have a couple of IR led's and i can find a phototransistor. I will be able to test the code my self too. I'm not sure whether I can acurately read the signal from the tsl235r via an Analog pin in the Arduino directly. Sometimes it will need to be amplifed and filtered before being read from the Arduino. (There wouldn't be significant change in the logic of the code). Regards.
