We have an internet cafe with blocked task manager, and occasionally some games hang and user cannot force close the game, so we would like to add Close Button to windows taskbar button to our clients, which is running windows 7 ultimate 64 bit, below is the illustration of what we'd like to achieve,
there is one exception, the billing process must not be included since that would kill the billing and allow the user to play for free.
Please note that the approach we prefer is by tweaking the taskbar, not the games / programs since they are continuously being added and there are hundreds of them, hence it's impractical to apply the twak to the programs
