COPY A FILE TO A NEW LOCATION

1. The program will copy a file from one location to another - if the location does not exist, then create it first.
2. The program ( [url removed, login to view]) will accept one command line parameter.
3. It will have one INI file called [url removed, login to view] containing:
Path=
User=
File=
4. The program and the INI file will be in the same folder.
5. The program will be called as follows:
PeXCopy %1
If **%Path\%1 **does not exist, then create this folder
**COPY %Path\%User\%File TO %Path\%1** (which is command line parameter)
MESSAGE "File '%File' copied successfully to sub-folder '%1' "
