Auto Resetting Target Proximity Switch Design and Program

We have an auto-resetting target that we currently use limit switches to operate. I posted a job last week where we wanted to change the limit switch to a magnetic proximity switch and that was all. However, we have now decided to go a step further so I am re-posting the job with a few more things. I have attached a document showing how the target works currently and what we want it to be able to do. I have also included specs on the gear motor we are using, the battery is a 12 volt 5 amp battery. What we need to implement is two magnetically controled proximity switches, a controller of some type and a 4-way selector knob or switch for the 4 different programs we want the target to be able to run. I have been able to design and build myself a prototype version of this but lack the necessary know how to make sure it runs right every time. I do not see this being a very hard job to complete. Please look over the attached documents and let me know your thoughts. I would like whoever completes this project to also work on a remote controlled version for us in the future. We also need the project completed ASAP. If it is something we can build in house that would be even better, all we need is your know know, programming, what parts to buy, how to assemble them, etc.
