Compiler Project in C/C++

I am in need for someone to construct, the scanner, parser, semantic analysis, and code generation parts of a compiler for a very simple and elementary language. I already have the scanner and parser parts built, but I recognize it is difficult to inherit someone's code to build the other parts so that is why I am open to someone rebuilding the first two parts in order to build the last two parts. But if you can do it, you're welcome to build off of what I have already completed. I have very detailed requirements which I will give to each bidder in the message section I will need this by November 24th or November 25th at the latest. I'm willing to pay for the accelerated timetable. I am hoping to hire someone with some experience in compilers, possibly a class in university, that they can possibly exhibit to me. High worker ratings help as well, but will welcome new workers if they can exhibit that they know what they are doing.
