create Game using Java

I needs a system (game) that can run in a 42" touchreen table that they will rent… Probely windows 7… I need a game like this…. [login to view URL] The rules will be similar… But it wont have the zoom option… It would be dual touch… Se if you can do it… It would be a single Match…. Quick rule display: 1) A 2 player game. 2) Who makes 2 gols first wins and the winner stays at the table for next player (king of table). 3) Limited to 10 min game. If both players gets draw match, both players are eliminated from table. 4) There must be 6 type of teams to players to choose… (Brasil, Itália, Gerany, Argentina, Ingland e France)… 5) You must deliver me a full configurated system.. So i can edit All Images and Font and Buttons… 6) Must have an intro so game can start… I need a full presentable game 7) And must be Tweakble as I says it is done…..
