Develop a Fully Featured Accounts System

Develop a complete new, fully featured accounts system for MS Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7. Full Copywrite and all source code to pass on to me. Development to include: * Sales Ledger * Purchase Ledger * Sales Order Processing * Purchase Order Processing * Invoicing * Nominal Ledger * Stock Control * Reporting Module * Company related functions * Document exchange * Multi User * Multi Currency * Multi Language * User Login with System Access control on a per module basis * System Utilities e.g. data integrity check / backup / restore Time scale: project to be completed within 4 months after starting date. You must demonstrate previous experience of developing accounts / financial systems. Due to previous time wasters, payments will be weighted towards the project completion. If you are not comfortable with this, then DO NOT bid. All generic bids will be ignored. In your bid state what language / development platform you would use.
