I need a command line tool that will get an ip address from a random dhcp server (from a list of dhcp servers found) then it will add this ip to a network interface as a static ip address (simulating windows process for getting a dynamic ip address from a dhcp server)
this command line tool will also be able to renew an ip address lease by using a different argument
this command line tool will also be able to remove a static ip address from the network interface by using a different argument
this command line tool will be run on windows operating system
this command line tool will have different arguments for doing all the tasks
