Custom HTTP Server Project for a custom website

The reason for this project is a high performance website, that is faster than PHP, ASP, and other server side scripting languages, the script of the site will be C++, and will implement a website like myspace, and with flash chat rooms and webcams. Needs to a high performance database, using co location servers running the same app of the HTTP server to distribute the website in collocations. There is nonpublic details specifications for this website, that should be implemental as long as a custom server can be coded. Please bid only if have a lot of experience in this, I won’t consider anyone with out a portfolio with custom http server coding. This server coding to run on windows 2003 or/and linux , has to be easy to install and implement via collocation. Server needs to use good algorithms Good design Flexible for add-ons
