Barcode label print program for laserprinter labels

For the laserprinter for one type of labels printed fitted on A4 page size.

Pentoprint 44 labels on A4 page, label size: 48,5 x 25,4 mm 44 labels per page (see attached image [url removed, login to view])

and for the same labels but on this layout: Avery 3657, 40 labels on A4 page, label size: 48,5 x 25,4 mm (see attached template [url removed, login to view])

The program should enable import data and save data to a field separated text file that can be imported/exported by Excel. In the program it should be possible to enter new record data and append it to an existing file.

The imported and exported data should consist of 3 fields for each record:

Field 1: product description, 18-20 characters

Field 2: product price, with euro symbol and amount printed with two decimals

Field 3: EAN 13 barcode, 13 digits saved

The manually entered numeric data for the EAN field can only be entered in 12 digits by the user but the program should then generate and add the 13’th check digit.

The saved data for the EAN 13 field in the text file should consist of 13 digits.

The printed EAN 13 barcode should also print the 13 digit number underneath the barcode as shown in the attached sample image.

The program should carry the “Jan Kassa” company logo in the layout as supplied in the attached image and website address and link to [url removed, login to view]

The program must be very user friendly and work with the operating systems:

MS-Windows XP

MS-Windows Vista

MS-Windows 7
